Scott and Katie

Jenny and I traveled down to Charleston to photograph this wonderful couple in April. Scott actually graduated from The Citadel and he proposed to Katie on Folly Beach, so Charleston seemed like the natural place for their engagement photos. We started out at Battery Park and the surrounding streets and then traveled out to Folly Beach. Once there, we turned left and drove until the road ended. We then walked a little ways out towards the Morris Island Lighthouse, which I never knew existed. Fun fact: The lighthouse is actually about 300 feet out into the water. We had absolutely gorgeous weather for this shoot and it culminated with a perfect sunset. We're looking forward to Scott and Katie's wedding in August!
